By accessing and using the Unlocked website and placing a pre-order for the Unlocked app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Pre-Order Terms

The Unlocked app is currently in development and available for pre-order only. By placing a pre-order:

• You acknowledge that you are purchasing early access to a product still in development
• The final product may differ from current descriptions and features shown
• Launch dates are estimates and subject to change
• Your pre-order secures your position for early access when the app launches

3. Payment and Refunds

Pre-order deposits are fully refundable at any time before the app launches. To request a refund, contact our support team at info@becomeunlocked.co. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and pre-order the Unlocked app. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Unlocked LLC and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unlocked LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
