Pre-Order Refunds

We understand that circumstances change, and we want you to feel confident in your pre-order. That's why we offer a full refund of your $39 pre-order deposit at any time before the Unlocked app officially launches.

• Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
• We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Once the Unlocked app launches and you gain access, different terms may apply. We'll update this policy with post-launch refund terms before the app becomes available.
